This well-located farm spans 230 m² with an accompanying retirement home of 120 m², a banquet/multi-purpose room with kitchen facilities of 130 m², and a 100 m² activity room. The property features a gravel-covered courtyard of 2,700 m² and a garden spanning 4,700 m², which includes a wilderness hot tub, sauna, and grill hut. The large 26 kWp solar panel system contributes to sustainable electricity production. The farm offers two car chargers: a private 11 kW AC charger and a 30 kW DC fast charger. Superfast 360 Mbps WIFI is available throughout the premises. The main house, dating back to 1850, is a 230 m² space with 16 rooms, including three large living rooms with a TV and Chromecast, four bedrooms, a playroom, a well-equipped kitchen, and two large new bathrooms with underfloor heating. Outdoors, there is a large gravel courtyard, covered and secluded terraces, a fenced fire pit, a garden pond, and fruit trees. The garden is designed for families with a large trampoline, swing set, football goals, playhouse, and bicycles. The retirement home (120 m²) was renovated in 2023/2024 and features a cozy kitchen, living room, four bedrooms, and a large terrace. The 100 m² activity room is equipped with games and a bar. The 130 m² banquet room, built in 2024, includes an industrial kitchen and space for up to 60 guests, ideal for events. The property is 1 km from a child-friendly beach and near a local farm and wine shop for fresh, locally produced goods.

DanCenter's payment terms and conditions apply. Booking.com's terms and conditions apply to cancellations. A prepayment of 25% of the rental price is due after booking is made, the balance due no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival. If you book less than 40 days before arrival the total rental amount is due immediately after booking. Services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other are optionally available for a fee, but only if listed as bookable extras in the house description. In case guest opts to clean the house themselves, a cleaning audit charge of 220 DKK will be applicable. If you are traveling to Sweden or Norway, services such as final cleaning, bed linen and other cannot be ordered.
