The building houses another separate holiday apartment (DZV220) and there are three more holiday homes on the property (property numbers: DZV072, DZV070, DZV071). The large Warthesee lake with its bathing beach and good fishing opportunities is only about 50 metres away. The small holiday flat is equipped with a combined living room and bedroom with a sleeping area with double bed and a sofa bed (1 couch), satellite TV, dining area, a fireplace (only heating option) and tiled floor, a kitchen area with kitchenette, electric cooker and fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower and WC. The holiday apartment can be entered via the entrance on the terrace or from the bathroom. There is also a cot and high chair, a terrace, storage space for bicycles, sun loungers, a barbecue and a car parking space. For hire: rowing boat (25 EUR/week). Final cleaning and water are included in the total price. Bed linen and towels can be brought along or rented on site and are payable on site: Energy according to consumption. One small dog up to a height of 45 cm is allowed in this accommodation.
