You can start your day with delicious NESPRESSO coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities of this apartment and of course everything that goes with it - because you are right in the center of Wolfsburg. To ensure that your sleep is first-class, a comfortable king-size bed (1.80mx2.00m) awaits you in each of the two bedrooms and hotel-quality bedding. For the 5th and 6th guests there is a comfortable box-spring sofa bed (1.50mx1.90m) Of course there is also a dining area for 6 people and a large smart TV, as well as games and books. 1000Mbit/s LAN+WLAN is of course a must at the end of the day and is available in every bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, freezer and everything you need to cook delicious food. Salt, pepper, vinegar and olive oil are available, making cooking an absolute pleasure. Of course there is also enough crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The Nespresso capsule machine rounds off the offer and nothing stands in the way of a delicious coffee or tea (both available). The bathroom is equipped with a shower, as well as a washer-dryer, hairdryer and various cosmetic products. Of course we provide fresh towels and all the important things such as shower gel and shampoo.
At UNIQUE, we furnish and decorate apartments and apartments with the intention of making you feel at home. Staying overnight in a UNIQUE holiday apartment feels (almost) like being at home. We furnish each apartment the way we would love it ourselves to create a place to live, not just sleep in.
Our apartment is located in the middle of Wolfsburg center and directly adjacent to the pedestrian zone, with all shops, supermarkets, bakeries, restaurants and sights within walking distance. It doesn't get much more central. The main train station is about 5 minutes walk from our building. The central bus station (ZOB) is right on the doorstep with the best connections. Otherwise you are in the middle of the city center or in the center and can reach almost all the important spots such as Autostadt, Phaeno, VW factory, designer outlet, VFL stadium, Allersee etc. on foot. There are also many e-scooters in the area.

Guests who stay beyond the agreed check-out time or who delay our cleaning are liable for all resulting costs and expenses. 2. The midday quiet time generally applies between 1:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. The night quiet time generally applies between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. 3. Guests are not allowed to make reservations at UNIQUE within their place of residence. Please contact us if you wish to book in your own place of residence. 4. Smoking, parties and excessive noise are not permitted, even in common areas (e.g. hallways). Violations of the smoking ban will incur a fee of 250€ plus the cost of special cleaning and damage repair. 5. Commercial photography/videography without written permission and illegal activities are strictly prohibited. 6. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. We will charge 30€ per night of the reservation for each unauthorized guest. 7. Pets are not permitted. Violations of our pet policy may incur a separate cleaning fee. Guests with service animals are requested to contact us prior to their stay. 8. Guests are responsible and liable for the cost of replacing lost keys, key cards, remote controls or parking permits. 9. Noise level measuring systems may be installed in the apartments to monitor excessive noise levels. Video surveillance may be installed in public areas. 10. Guests are fully responsible and liable for any damage or loss to the premises and facilities. Guests must report any damage to our customer service department. 11. Booking a reservation implies agreement to abide by the house rules. Guests who do not abide by the house rules are liable for any resulting damage, fees, costs or expenses. Failure to comply may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction from the apartment without refund.
