Offering a garden and a restaurant, Landgasthof Zum Hirschen is quietly situated in Windheim. Set beside a forest, it lies 2 km from the banks of the River Main. The warmly decorated rooms at Landgasthof Zum Hirschen feature satellite TV, free WiFi, a desk and a private bathroom. Regional dishes with locally caught game and home-made sausages are served in the traditional, Bavarian-style restaurant. On sunny days, meals can also be enjoyed on the terrace. The scenic surroundings are a great base for hiking or you can take a trip to Würzburg, approximately 35 km away. Breakfast is available for children aged 3-11 for a discounted rate of EUR 7. Restaurant hours (October to April): Open Monday to Saturday, 17:00–22:00 Closed on Wednesdays and Thursdays Sundays: Open from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Restaurant hours (Summer): The restaurant is open from Monday to Saturday, 17:00 to 22:00, but closed only on Wednesdays.
