You will find a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, and underfloor heating throughout the apartment. The apartment is barrier-free and can be equipped on request with a ramp for the three steps into the house, a shower stool, and grab bars for the toilet. The interior is all on one level. For families, a baby cot, high chair, toys, and children's books are available. Enjoy your private covered terrace as well as an uncovered terrace. The house is situated on a large plot in a quiet cul-de-sac. A private parking space with charging facilities for electric cars is available at the house; charging is possible for an extra fee. Additional parking is available on the street. Public transport can be reached within 10 minutes on foot. Self check-in is possible. A wood-fired sauna for up to 4 people is available for an extra fee; appointments can be arranged. The hosts live on the property, but the apartment is a separate building with its own entrance. There is a chicken coop in the hosts’ garden. A tennis court is a 10-minute walk away, and the local outdoor pool can be reached in 4 minutes on foot.
