The 190 square meters of living space spread over three floors offers enough space for up to 8 people + 1 small child. The house stands on a very well-kept garden plot of approx. 1000 square meters, surrounded by old oak trees, on the outskirts of Christanz, the municipality of Ahorntal. The spacious room layout in the living room with conservatory presents itself generously. The conservatory protects you from wind and rain and allows plenty of light into the living room, which is rounded off with a cozy living area, swiveling flat-screen TV and wood-burning stove. The living room, a second dining area, the new, modern kitchen, as well as 2 showers and 1 WC are located on the E.G. The 4 bedrooms, each with 2 beds and 1 WC, are located on the O.G. The sauna with steam shower, a further WC, the large multi-purpose room with fireplace, flat-screen TV and small kitchenette, serves as a relaxation room, cellar bar and playroom and is located on the lower floor. The south-facing terrace and the large garden invite you to have breakfast, relax and sunbathe. The sauna is available on request and at an extra charge. Please let the host know in advance if you would like to use the sauna. The surcharge is then payable on site. We would like to point out that the celebration of events, especially stag and hen parties, is not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
