We are Cornelia and Hans-Josef Stärk, landlords with a heart. We are very close to nature and enjoy our free time in the region a lot by bike or on foot. We love spending time and talking with our holiday guests and give you individual tips on what you can explore and experience in the holiday region. Our two girls Theresa and Katharina are already grown up and are sometimes there for you at the farm. As a family, we have travelled a lot in the holiday region and know appealing destinations for families with children, which we are happy to share with you It is important to us that you feel comfortable during your holiday with us. This already starts in the morning, when we would like to spoil you with fresh bread rolls from the local bakery in Bodnegg. On the holiday farm we are on a "YOU" basis with all our guests. A relaxed and genuine way of dealing with each other is important to us. We are open to one or the other question or request and are happy if you contact us directly. Our large, safe courtyard is only used for loading and unloading. From time to time, of course, with our tractor. There is space to play and drive in the courtyard. The pool and stream are separated by a fence. It is important to us that our animals are kept in a species-appropriate manner and enjoy the naturalness of the outdoor enclosure. In addition to our animals, we have a cherry orchard on our holiday farm as a sideline, which is a special highlight for us and our holiday guests during blossom and harvest time. Meadows and old fruit trees line the holiday farm. We produce apple juice and various high-proof brandies from the fruit. We have newly built a small natural swimming pond which is an enrichment for us and our holiday guests. In summer, our holiday farm is almost self-sufficient with solar energy from the solar roof with a Wal Box for electric/hybrid cars. There are many excursion destinations around the holiday farm. The cycling region of Wangen with its beautiful tours can also be reached by bike directly from the holiday farm. Cycling from the holiday farm into the backcountry, Wangen, Ravensburg or Lake Constance is very relaxing on small side roads. A hike along small paths to Ravensburg, Wangen im Allgäu or Waldburg Castle is scenic and rewarding. The Waldburg adventure castle brings you closer to the "eventful castle history" and allows you to take great photos as a damsel, knight and more. The Allgäu awaits you with numerous hikes and day destinations and is easily reached by car in 30-60 minutes. The lovely hilly Upper Swabia with castles, palaces, museums and lakes offers you a far-reaching view and regionality. Lake Constance with special towns like Lindau, Meersburg and Constance are always something special. A boat trip, pedal boating, swimming, stand-up paddling and more await you.
