An open floor plan and bright rooms make this apartment an exceptional place. A large open-plan living-dining area connected to the modern kitchen creates a sense of space and atmosphere. The covered terrace offers its own place in the sun in summer, but also on rainy days. The bedroom offers plenty of space for your belongings with a large closet. A comfortable 1.8m x 2m king-size bed ensures a restful night's sleep. The second room has two single beds for children or guests. Here you will also find a desk to make your home office days productive. High-quality bed linen, towels, shampoo and shower gel are included, so you can move in with just a handbag. New construction in 2024 with high quality amenities such as video intercom, underfloor heating, underground parking and electric shutters and a select neighborhood. Perfect for families with children or baby as we also provide a crib, toys and books for your dream family on request.

In addition, the Mercedes-Benz factory is only 5 minutes away by car. The location of our apartment is more than convenient: just around the corner you will find many cafés, restaurants, kindergartens, schools and a supermarket within walking distance. Böblingen main station is only a 2-minute walk from our apartment.
