It is a historical Building in the middle of the city with high ceilings and well cut features. Just lile all old buildings in the city, the bathroom and toilet are seperated and are quite small but the rooms are very large. Please be mindful that it is not a private appartment, for that check my other listing "Studio am Plärrer". In this appartment bathroom , kitchen is shared with other guests. Which is why it might not be suitable if you have kids. But ideal for single or couples visiting the city. It's a charming , spacious room close to the city center , the main station and groceries stores like Aldi and many restaurants

I am Data Scientist by profession. I moved to Nürnberg in 2019 for my Master study and really loved this city! it has a lot to offer and is rich with history. My main insterests are travalleing, sports and DIY, which is why most of the furtnitures in the appartment are built by me.

The building is ´8 min by foot from the Main Station, on the same street there is grocery store (Aldi) and 2 min away another one (Norma). Despite it's centrality, the street is very quiet and there are always places for free parking.The Historical city center is about 15min away by foot and the next metro and tram are just 3 min away by foot. on the street adjecent to the appartment , are many restaurants and other stores like Tedi,..ect
