Inside the house you will find a bright and modern interior on two floors. The dining area, kitchen and living room are located on the ground floor. In the cosy sofa corner of the living room you can relax in front of the TV or the stove in the evening. A steep staircase leads to the upper floor, where the bedrooms are located. Please note that the children's bedroom has access via the master bedroom. From the living room you have access to a lovely covered terrace with a view of the garden. Enjoy the sun and fresh air here. In the beautiful nature of Friedrichskoog-Spitze you can take wonderful walks, experience the Wadden Sea or visit the seal station. Look forward to a successful holiday near the sea and in this beautiful holiday home. ***As part of the necessary dyke reinforcement, the dyke in Friedrichskoog-Spitze will be given a new profile from April 2024 until probably the end of 2025 in order to withstand the demands of climate change.
