Enjoy a tranquil getaway in our bright and newly renovated in 2020, 3-room apartment, offering the perfect retreat for up to 4 guests with its peaceful and idyllic location. Surrounded by extensive forests and renowned for its clear, clean air, our non-smoking apartment with balcony is an ideal base for nature lovers and those seeking relaxation. Smokers are permitted to use the balcony. Thanks to the "snow reliability" and the direct location on the ridge trail/ridge cross-country ski track, in winter, you can start your skiing or sledding adventure right from the doorstep. The apartment is located in a cul-de-sac above Carlsfeld, nestled in a large forest clearing, only a few kilometers from the Czech border and picturesque peat bogs. Our apartment offers a sitting area for 12 people with a grill fireplace and charcoal grill, ideal for social gatherings. Additionally, two children's bicycles, board games, and children's toys are available. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate pets. Our living area is cozy and functional, with a dining area for five people, satellite TV, and a DVD player. Sleeping comfort is provided by a double bed in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second, both equipped with necessary furniture. For the youngest guests, there's a toddler equipment package, and for storing your sports equipment, a bicycle and ski cellar are available. The surrounding nature invites for extensive hikes or bicycle tours through protected landscapes, along clean springs, and rich in berries and mushroom populations. A comprehensive, well-signposted network of hiking and biking trails awaits to be explored by you. In winter, the area transforms into a paradise for winter sports enthusiasts with family-friendly ski and tobogganing slopes as well as extensive cross-country ski trails. Museums, baths, and other attractions in the region promise cultural and relaxing experiences. A reserved parking spot for you and an optional second parking space
