A beautiful swimming area on the Flachsee lake is approx. 2 km away and the nearest supermarket in Waren (Müritz) is 12 km away. The approx. 55 square metre, tastefully furnished, centrally heated non-smoking apartment with separate entrance has a living room (upholstered suite, flat-screen TV, radio, wood-burning stove incl. wood), a large kitchen with dining area (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, various small kitchen appliances), a bedroom (double bed), a bathroom (shower, WC, switchable electric heating) and a small hallway. A further bedroom (1 single bed) can be reached via a staircase (NO CHILDREN'S SAFETY!) and there is also a furnished, covered terrace with barbecue, car park, bicycle storage facilities and, by arrangement, a boat (for a fee). The total price includes final cleaning, bed linen, electricity and water. Please bring your own towels. To be paid on site: Boat (if desired) 20 EUR/day. Pets are not allowed in this property.
