Our new apartment is decorated with a minimalist Scandinavian style. The apartment has 2 floors (loft) and has 60m2. The apartment has a total of 3 bedrooms, two of which are separate and the third is open, in the loft, with reduced height. The apartment is located on the third floor of an apartment building and overlooks Lysa Hora. The apartment is located in the center of Rokytnice, with great availability of shops (Tesco - 100 m), and restaurants. The ski bus stop to get to the Horni Domky ski resort is 150m away, and the Studenov ski resort is about an 800m walk. The apartment is 2 floors (loft). On the ground floor are 2 bedrooms, living room with kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and hallway. The upper floor (loft) is an open bedroom. Kitchen, living room: The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, built-in fridge/freezer, microwave, kitchen utensils, and crockery. An electric kettle and a Nescafé Dolce Gusto coffee machine are provided. The dining table has 6 chairs and right next to that is the living room with 2 armchairs, sofa and TV.

The staircase leads to the loft, where there is a second bedroom with a double bed and chest of drawers. There is storage space under the bed. Smaller bedrooms: Next to the kitchen is another, smaller bedroom with a pull-out bed (sleeps 2 separately) and a dresser. Master bedroom: It has an entrance from the hallway, opposite the bathroom. It features a double bed with storage and a large chest of drawers and a mirror. Bathroom: The bathroom is shared with the toilet. It comes with a shower and a wardrobe for toiletries. Corridor: In the hallway is a large wardrobe with a large mirror. There is also a mobile clothes hanger that you can use after skiing, for example, when you need to hang up and dry your clothes. May be useful: A ski storage locker and bicycle storage room are available. A laundry and drying room are available next to the apartment on the third floor. Access for guests: You will have access to the entire apartment building and apartment. 1 parking space is available directly on the property by the house.
