I am a Senior Product Manager in the IT sector, working for multinational corporations, and have been managing apartments as a hobby for several years, leveraging my expertise in product development. My travels to 40 countries have given me valuable insights into various types of accommodations and a clear understanding of what guests expect and desire. This knowledge is further supported by data collected and analyzed during my time managing the apartments.
I take pride in maintaining the apartments to a high standard, both operationally and in the long term, by investing in quality equipment and the building itself. My primary focus is to ensure comfortable accommodations at reasonable prices. We strive to achieve this balance even while facing challenges related to workforce shortages and rising operating costs, which have persisted for the past three years.

About the Apartments:
We offer five unique apartments in the same building for your stay: two two-floor and two three-room apartments that each span an entire floor, plus one two-room apartment occupying half a floor. All apartments are fully equipped with a kitchen, microwave, kettle, electric stove, kitchen utensils, dishes, and essentials like salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea, and coffee. You’ll also find towels, toilet paper, and bed linen. For entertainment, enjoy a TV with Lepší TV, 150 channels, Netflix, and other apps. A laundry room with facilities for washing and drying clothes is available for free. The bathrooms include a bathtub or shower, hairdryer, towels, soap, and shampoo. Enjoy spacious living rooms with a TV and comfortable armchairs for relaxation and entertainment. Pets are welcome at no extra charge, with amenities provided for them.
How to Reach Us:
By Car: Navigate to Kolmá 834/40, Karlovy Vary.
By Bus: Take buses number 2, 13, 7, 8, 147, or 52 to the "Na Vyhlídce" stop. Upon disembarking, turn right, then immediately left onto Kolmá Street.
On Foot:
Walk through the Colonnade towards Vřídlo or the Church of Mary and Magdalene, then head up from the church and take a left onto Kolmá Street.
From the Ambiente Hotel, take a left at the stairs to approach from the rear.
Follow the path on Vyhlídka Street straight to the JIP and Na Vyhlídce stop, which offers a scenic view of the city but includes some uphill walking.
Alternatively, walk through the Colonnade towards Vřídlo or the Church of Mary and Magdalene, then proceed to Divadelní náměstí. Near the Olympie Hotel, take the cable car to the Imperial Hotel, go up, then head left towards JIP through the Libušina elementary school, which takes about 7-10 minutes.

Our apartments are conveniently situated in the heart of Karlovy Vary, within the Spa Zone, just a 3-minute walk from the first spring. The apartments are housed in a recently renovated four-story building at Kolmá 834/40. 
Parking is available right in front of the apartments with a permit for entering the Spa Zone, which you can obtain through the Virtual Vary application, the Carlsbad Plaza Hotel, or the Municipal Police at Moskevská 913. Additional parking options include space behind the building or a public parking lot approximately a 5-minute walk away. A supermarket is conveniently located next door for your grocery needs. 
The apartments are nestled in the city's historic area, recognized by UNESCO, within the Spa Zone. Nearby, you'll find a JIP supermarket, just a 3-minute stroll away, as well as a bus stop and popular Georgian and Italian restaurants. Food delivery and grocery ordering are easily accessible through various applications. The city also offers a variety of shops, restaurants, and cafes, all within a short 5-10 minute walk.
