In winter, cross-country skiing enthusiasts will appreciate the proximity of the starting point of the Jizera Magistrala. A heated ski box for 4 pairs of skis and boots is available for storing ski equipment. Bicycles can be stored in a shared large bicycle room. Coin-operated washing machines are available on the ground floor of the building. Free outdoor parking space is reserved in front of the building. The entire building is non-smoking (including the terrace). Pets are allowed in the apartment but please take extra precautions to prevent damage.
