The cabin itself, registered as building no. ev.116 in the Horákov area, has a built-up area of 28 m². It is oriented to the southwest, meaning you’ll enjoy sunlight for most of the day. Inside, you’ll find a spacious entry room with a kitchenette equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, and wood-burning stove. This space flows into the main living area with a dining table, a fold-out sofa, and a television. On the side of the cabin, there is a separate toilet that is flushed with rainwater collected in barrels. The cabin is not connected to a water supply, so there is no shower or sink. Instead, prepared barrels with drinking water are used.

The cabin is located just above the highly sought-after area of Mariánské údolí, which offers swimming in three ponds, extensive cycling trails, numerous hiking paths, and single trails.
