This newly build appartment (2019) is located on the second floor of a family house. The whole floor is dedicated just for you! Its modern open plan living space with main feature of wood decore. it is well equipped with all important necessities. The flat floor area is 22m2. THE terrace has 20m2 and breathteaking views to forests and fields. The train to the center of Brno is a 10-minute walk away. Travel time is 10 min. Bus conection is also available. We can securly store your bike/motorbike

I am a Bilovice nad Svitavou local and have been living here for all my life. I have 3 children with my wife and we live next to this property.
I am self employed, working mainly building industry.
Outside of work I enjoy outdoor activities especially wakeboarding.
Ilove traveling and spending time with my family.
