Apartmány jsou vhodné pro páry i rodiny s dětmi. Každý apartmán je mezonetový a disponuje vlastním sociálním zařízením, jednou prostornou ložnicí s manželskou postelí s možností přistýlek a jedním pokojem, který je spojen s kuchyňským koutem. K vybavení apartmánu patří televize/SAT, wi-fi připojení, klimatizace, prostor pro jízdní kola / koloběžky, bezplatné parkování. Apartmány mají své kuchyňské kouty, které jsou vybavené lednicí, varnou deskou, mikrovlnou troubou, rychlovarnou konvicí. Hosté určitě ocení terasu apartmánu s krásným výhledem na řeku Jizeru.
