Excellent location for hiking, cycling and winter sports. Accommodation is on the first floor of our family house, private entrance, capacity 5 adults +extra one bed+ extra bed for children. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette and a private bathroom. Bedroom 1 has an entrance from the hallway and is connected to the living room, there is a single bed 120x200cm, two beds 90x200cm can be joined to form a double bed, a sofa 80x130cm can be used as a bed for children up to about 10 years. Bedroom 2 has an entrance from the hallway and there are two single beds 90 x 200cm, by prior arrangement it is possible to combine into a double bed. One extra bed can be arranged on a sofa in the living room. Fully equipped kitchenette with a stowe, microwave oven, fridge, kettle and tea and coffee making facilities, dishes, pots, pans, cooking utensils, basic spices, sugar, salt. Free private parking next to the house. Bicycle storage in a separate room on the ground floor, electric bikes charging. The apartment is located in the city center. Excellent accessibility for all shopping. Restaurants, indoor city pool, candy store, post office, ATM, hairdresser, massage, and other services in town are available within 3-5 minutes. In the neighborhood of the apartment there is an ice cream stand that offers amazing ice cream, iced coffee, sundaes and other specialties in the summer season. Right in the town there are starting points for the Singltrek cycling trails, hiking trails to the highest mountain of the Jizera Mountains, Smrk. Nearby is the spa town of Lázně Libverda with the possibility of spa treatments. For the winter season, there is a possibility of cross-country skiing trails directly in the vicinity of the town with a connection to the Jizera Highway via Smrk and Smědava, or in the neighbouring spa town of Swieradow Zdroj, 7 km away, there is a ski slope with a cable car, here it is also possible to visit the local spa.

Entertainment in the city: the best natural Singltrek cycling routes bicycle and electric rental, wonderful hiking, mineral springs Novoměstská Kyselka, swimming in the local natural swimming pool with pleasant refreshments and a view of the mountains, possibility of fishing mushroom picking, blueberry picking.
