Villa Christel is located in Peristerona near Latchi, Cyprus. This detached vacation rental property is air-conditioned and sleeps up to 9 people (8 adults and 1 child) with 4 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms along with private big pool (5m x 10m , 1,70m deep) that overflows into a smaller pool (2.5m x 5m, 70cm deep) The air-conditioning in the bedrooms is provided free of charge. There is an additional unit in the lounge and if you wish to use it, there is a daily charge of 15 euros, payable locally direct to the owner. The villa offers a 6-seater Jacuzzi equipped with LED lights and a Bluetooth speaker for phone connectivity. The cost is 280 EUR for 1 week (7 nights), 500 EUR for 2 weeks, or 50EUR per night for stays shorter than a week. Payable on site. IMPORTANT VILLA RULES: • The maximum occupancy of the property must not be exceeded at any time (including children). • No additional guests, visitors, parties, gatherings, or extra cars are permitted at the property. Exceeding the booked occupancy is strictly prohibited. • A Refundable Security Deposit (RSD) of 150 euros per person is payable before arrival. This is fully refunded after departure, provided there is no damage, breakages, or breach of the above rules.
