The world famous Emma Bridge and the lovely UNESCO recognized architecture of downtown Willemstad is less than 10 minutes on foot. The popular and trendy Pietermaai district, famous for the best jazz bars and live music, is just 5 minutes away by foot. If you choose to have dinner at the villa, you can use the gas BBQ (additional cleaning fee) and the kitchen in the main house. Of course we can also make reservations for a private chef who can prepare a complete menu for your group from an Italian evening to a romantic culinary dinner on the beach, anything is possible! In the ocean in front of the estate you will find beautiful ancient coral, which is perfect for diving or snorkeling. You can enter the ocean by the stairs on our beach. Next to our estate is a small protected bay perfect for smaller children to play in the ocean with sun beds, a beach bar and restaurant. Curacao is famous for her many hidden sandy bays and beaches, there are so many places to enjoy a beautiful day! Since December 2016 the Dutch Ouborg family is the proud owner of the beautiful Sirena Bay Estate. Aad Ouborg became known as an entrepreneur with his brands BaByliss and Princess Household Appliances. Following the sale of Princess Household Appliances in 2009, he has been in business with 3 of his 5 children for 5 years now. Together with them, he is building the companies Bourgini (kitchen appliances), Princess Traveller (suitcases and travel bags), Princess Sportsgear (hockey gear), Princess Entertainment and Princess Hotels. His great passion next to doing business with his children is real estate, and especially beautiful, unique, monumental buildings. During one of his many vacations to Curacao years ago, his eye fell on Sirena Bay Estate. When he heard that the ‘Dutch Landhuis’ style island home was available on the market he didn’t hesitate and purchased it.

Sirena Bay Estate is located in the historic Pietermaai district of Willemstad. You can walk to the famous Queen Emma bridge and the floating market in 10 minutes. Across the street of the estate you can find several good restaurants, more than 5 good restaurants even lie within 50 meters of the property! If you want to have dinner at the house, you can use our gas BBQ, the large stove, oven and all of the kitchen supplies you find in the kitchen of the main house. Off course you can also use the kitchens in both apartments for preparing a meal or breakfast. We have a private pool and beach. There is a lot to see under water in front of the estate, like a beautiful coral reef. Next to our estate (100 meters) lies hotel Avila Beach. Here you have a fantastic bay with sunbeds, a cocktail bar and restaurants. Curacao is famous for all her white sandy bays and beaches, there are so many places to enjoy a beautiful day at the beach!
