This apartment is located on the ground floor in the Cocobana Resort in the Cas Grandi district next to the Jan Sofat and Brakkeput districts. The resort has a beautifull swimming pool and the apartment has a permanent private parking space. There are two bedrooms, each with air conditioning, wardrobe, shower and toilet. The apartment has a modern kitchen with dishwasher, refrigerator and combination microwave. In addition to the necessary household goods, there is also a washing machine. The apartment has a spacious veranda and a patio with privacy, ideal for a BBQ. ​
The Cas Grandi district is centrally located and has several arterial roads. The busy Caracasbaaiweg can therefore be avoided.
