The Residence Bia d’Olavo is a project in honour of the Mother and Mother in Law of the owners of the apartments, Mrs. Maria (Bia) Luisa Lopes, who lived all her life for her children and husband as well as to her job of housekeeping and hosting at Hotel Morabeza for long years. By that time, every time Mrs Bia would be called for a host out of her regular working hours, she would take her son to help her and this was how the love for hospitality and the art of welcoming the famous “Morabeza” was born. Love and feeling, which, were part of the reason for the creation of this project.
The Residence is a total of four apartments fully furnished and equipped to offer a pleasant and comfortable stay to guests from the heart of Santa Maria.
All apartments have one room for Single or Double occupancy, one bathroom, one kitchenette duly equipped. All the units offer as well, Air Cond in the major divisions, a Smart TV with access to local and international Channels as well as a variety of contends through the applications available and Wireless Internet connection.
