... we, Markus and Sascha, from the beautiful Rhineland near Koblenz came to Boa Vista as tourists for the first time in 2012. For 4 weeks we got to know and love the island and the local life. When we left we knew that we would like to vacation here more often in the future. So it happened that until 2019 we spent our annual vacation at Cristina Brito, Vila Cristina. In October 2021 we bought our city apartment and in January/February 2022 we completely rebuilt it. We planned and drew, created lists for the electrical system, the bathrooms and everything else you need to furnish an apartment. So it happened that we flew out at the beginning of January 2022 with around 500 kg of luggage, hoping we had thought of everything. We started the renovation and it took a full 2 ​​months. On our departure day at the end of February, the apartment could finally be cleaned. We have been renting it out ever since and are proud that guests who vacation there are thrilled. Our effort was worth it and we are happy to share it. In November 2022 we received an offer to buy a house in Parque das Dunas, our favorite and quiet place. We didn't think twice and did it. Our apartments are ideal for a relaxing and relaxing holiday. Some people like city life more, others like the peace and quiet. We offer exactly the right thing for both. Our new, very high-quality Luxury Paradise Beach Lagoon with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 separate toilet, washing machine and its own swim-up pool in the garden leaves nothing to be desired. The white high-gloss kitchen with integrated appliances, the open living area with dining room offers space for up to 6 people. The unique pool has an integrated sunbathing area and benches. There is also an outdoor shower. The high-quality electric awning with extendable valance provides you with enough shade even on hot, sunny days. Our Luxury Paradise Beach Studio is a double room with an integrated kitchenette that is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking. There is also a powder coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washing machine is right next door. The small terrace invites you to linger. Very suitable for 1 person but 2 people can also find space here. The dining area is on the terrace. As the Lagoon Residence is still under construction, there may be construction noise. You will receive a 20% construction site discount, which is already included in the overnight price. The complex is scheduled to be completed in October/November. All our accommodations are non-smoking! Smoking areas are located on the terraces. Failure to comply will result in hefty additional charges. The accommodation has a 24 hours security service. Payment in cash. There is a 3% fee for card payments.

It is a 1 minute walk to Estoril beach and a 5 minute walk to the town for shopping, bars and restaurants. Our own restaurant, Casa Rosa Boa Vista, is a 10-minute walk away.
