Minors must register in the company of one of their parents by presenting the civil birth registry, which allows verifying the degree of relationship in the first degree of consanguinity (father - child) and if it is another person, it must be an adult. This must present written authorization duly authenticated before a notary by one of the parents who appear in the civil birth registry or an equivalent document in the case of foreign minors, attaching an identification document original of the responsible parent.
