As per Colombia's tax laws Foreign visitors and Colombian citizens currently living outside Colombia are tax-exempt (19% VAT) when receive a PIP3, PIP5, PIP6, PIP10, TP12 visa upon entry to the country. Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodation plus breakfast). Permit must be shown upon arrival.
This tax is not automatically calculated in the total cost of the reservation.
Please note that children under 11 years of age stay for free. Children of 12 years of age or older must pay as an adult.
The property reserves the right to refuse admission of additional guests or companions that have not been previously registered during check in.
In order to complete the registration of under-age, a legal document as ID, Civil registration or Passport should be presented to prove the family bond.
