Located in Versalles neighbourhood, Torre de Cali Plaza Hotel is fifth tallest building in Colombia, Alfonso Bonilla Aragon International Airport is 16 km away. Wi-Fi and onsite parking are free. All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel.

Pets under 40 cm in height are allowed at a cost of COP 100,000 (+IVA) per night.
