Africa house was born of the idea of creating a space for those who are looking for a space where they can feel at home in a friendly and home environment where at the same time they can share with other people in a chill and different atmosphere. Africa house is inspired by the African culture but also in the Colombian Pacific culture, since we have a wide heritage of this continent, this inspiration is reflected in the earth colors and the warm lighting of the spaces, as well as some decorative items and paintings that try to pay homage to the black race.

In Africa house you can choose between using our large fully equipped kitchen or ordering our super typical breakfast prepared by our charismatic and charming housekeeper. The space has 8 rooms ranging from quadruple, triple, double and single, some with private bathroom and others with shared bathroom. All have a different decoration and touch of color. They all have Smart TV, Netflix access , YouTube and internet so if you are a digital nomad and internet speed is a priority for you, our 150 Mb of speed will allow you to work comfortably from any corner of the house. The rooms also have everything you need for you to enjoy a pleasant stay, bedding, towels, closet, nightstand, warm and cold light inside the room and a fan for those hottest days in Medellín. At the moment our rooms do not have a desk, however, we have spaces where it is possible to work with a computer, such as the living room, the dining room, the patio and even the kitchen.

Our location is exceptional , the accommodation is 3 minutes from the bars and restaurants on Calle 70. Walking just one block away you have a million places to choose from. The location is amazing, the neighborhood is very quiet and the local store is literally right in front of the house, there you can buy the basic necessities, in case you want a more complete market, the Exito and jumbo are 2 and 1 block respectively. In this same area you will also find the Atanasio Girardot sports complex that has a huge sports facility open to the public just by registering and creating a reservation. Take advantage of the jogging tracks, pools of all shapes and sizes, the skate park, soccer fields, basketball courts, and much more. Also, aerobics classes like Zumba, and even salsa, are offered in the evening for free.
