Please note there is no reception in the VISIONAPARTMENTS building.

Guests are required to upload a copy of their ID card or passport to our self-check-in platform, which will be accessible via a link sent after the reservation is made. The access code for the apartment will be provided on the day of arrival, once all required documentation has been submitted.

BREAKFAST is served in LA LUP BRANDSCHENKE (Brandschenkestrasse 10, Zurich - 2 min walking distance).

Mon-Fri 07:00 - 11:00

Saturday & Sunday 08:00 - 12:00

Additionally, there is no daily cleaning service at the property. Our signature items (e.g., toiletries) are provided as arrival amenities only and will not be replenished during the stay.
