The property features a 24-hour self check-in kiosk, which is installed in front of the hotel entrance. You can retrieve your reservation and pay directly by credit card. The reception is generally not occupied.
Please note that the free parking spaces at the Schlosshotel are limited. Public parking at a surcharge is available 200 metres away at the Altstadt underground garage.
