August 18 – November 30, 2025: Roof renovation work will take place on a neighboring building. Construction noise is to be expected during this period. The site is located three buildings away from the apartment.
Cozy 1.5 room apartment (32sqm) with balcony that has a view into the mountains. Sunlight from morning until evening. A bus stop is right next to the apartment building and a 10 minutes walk away from a food store and bakery. The apartment has a double bed and a day bed (couch), a kitchen with a microwave, oven, steamer, fridge and a dish washer. Apple TV, Wifi and a garage for parking is available. For skiing, there is a free bus to the valley station Laax (10mins door to door!).

- Nespresso coffee machine (bring coffee capsules) & water boiler available
- Washing machine & tumbler available in common area against a fee (CHF 2 and CHF 1)
- Non-smoking and no animals allowed
