Champs du Levant est un appartement indépendant dans une ancienne maison Villageoise de 1718 recemment rénovée avec tout comfort aux limites de la reserve de la Grande Cariçaie à Champmartin en pleine campagne. Appartement de 5 pieces constitué de 2 chambres doubles, 1 salon, 1 salle de douche, 1 salle de bain à bulles ainsi qu'une cuisine habitable. Non fumeur.
Terrasse extérieure, une place de parc ainsi que possibilité de stationner vélos au couvert.
The apartment is in the countryside and centrally located in relation to the cities around us : by car 10 min to Avenches, 20 min to Neuchatel, 30 min to Bern, 45 min to Lausanne.
We are in the region of La Grande Cariçaie, a natural reserve, an important reference for birdwatching and cycling.
The mont Vully is 6 min by car and the region has several worth to visit wine productions.
Cudrefin beach is 3 minutes by car, about 8 min cycling or 20 min walking distance.
In Cudrefin there is a small grocery store 4 minutes by car from us or a larger one in Avenches 10 min by car.
Attractions in the area:
- The Papiliorama: a beautiful place to visit and see butterflies in particular, in Kerzers
- old military tunnels constructed in the Vully hill
