Both the parking spaces and the garden, as well as the apartment itself, are on the ground floor and easily accessible. Inside the apartment, a high standard has been achieved. It features underfloor heating in all rooms, as well as hardwood and natural stone floors. In addition to the living spaces, there is a bedroom with a double bed, an office with a single bed, a spacious shower room, a guest toilet, and an inviting entrance area. The spacious living/dining area includes a well-equipped kitchen with high-quality appliances and offers direct access to the outdoor seating area and garden. Outside, the garden extends over more than 100 m². The southwest orientation of the property guarantees optimal sunlight throughout the day with extensive views. Perfect for enjoying the fresh air, sunbathing, cozy barbecues, etc. For an additional fee, you can also book the picturesque wooden cabin next to the property. This charming 35 m² cabin is fully equipped and features a fireplace. It's ideal for fondue or raclette evenings or simply for cozying up with a book and a cup of tea by the fire.
