This spacious duplex/maisonette apartment spans the first and second floors and combines comfort, style, and plenty of space—ideal for families or groups of up to 10 people. There are two bedrooms on each floor, making a total of four bedrooms, complemented by a large sofa bed in the living area. This means that everyone can find their own space to retreat to, while still leaving enough room for shared moments. The dining room and main kitchen are located in the lower part of the apartment. High-quality appliances have been installed here to make cooking a pleasure. Right next to the spacious living area on the upper floor, there is a second kitchen, perfect for coffee, tea, or a small snack while enjoying the view of the mountains from the windows. The cozy living room invites you to relax in the evenings after an active day in the mountains. The cleverly divided bathrooms are particularly practical for larger groups: there is a bathroom with shower and toilet downstairs, and upstairs the shower and toilet are separate, so that several people can use the bathroom facilities at the same time. Two balconies (northeast and southwest) offer wonderful places to enjoy the sun, drink your morning coffee, or end the day with a view of the mountains. A closed garage directly behind the house and a basement for sports equipment round off the comfort. The location couldn't be better: just a 2-3 minute walk from the train station, you are right in the center of Zweisimmen. The valley station of the gondola lift to the Zweisimmen ski area can be reached in less than 5 minutes on foot – ideal for winter sports enthusiasts, hikers, and nature lovers.
