Speciale Home is a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

In the apartment you will find a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed. The apartment is equipped with a Bulthaup kitchen, the bathrooms are decorated in earth tones and both have showers. Windows, doors, cloakroom and fixtures are made of reclaimed wood and the floor consists of a solid, wide oak parquet over floor heating. There is a separate washing tower in the laundry room, as well as a ski and bicycle room for general use. Parking lot in a garage (maximum height 2.5 meters) 100 meters from the house.
Chesa Muntanella is located in Samedan in the upper part of the village and enjoys an incomparable view over the valley and the Bernina Group.
