The apartment which is on two floors with an internal staircase is composed on the first floor of a living room with open kitchen, double bedroom and bathroom with shower.
On the upper floor of the apartment there is an attic room with a queen sofa bed. Ensuite bathroom with shower.
One parking space in the underground garage. Garage entrance Measurements: Width 270 cm - Height 205 cm. Garage parking space Measurements: Length 460cm - Width: 230cm.
