This inviting home, located on the ground floor of a smaller apartment building, offers a haven of peace with its fresh renovation in 2020 – including the building envelope, roof, and windows – as well as a partial interior renewal. The thoughtfully arranged living space of 50 m² is simply and comfortably furnished, with some pieces of furniture new and very well-maintained, ensuring a stress-free living feeling. Additionally, the direct access to cross-country ski trails and hiking paths makes it an ideal starting point for nature enthusiasts. The interior of the apartment speaks for itself with a capacity for up to three people. It includes a double bedroom and the possibility of an extra bed in the living room through a sofa bed. A fully equipped kitchen awaits with modern amenities such as a ceramic hob, an oven, and a Nespresso pod coffee machine. Additionally, there is a toaster, a raclette grill, and a fondue set for cozy evenings. Other features include Internet access via TV and WiFi, a washing machine in the building, and a parking spot. However, pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Pontresina itself promises unforgettable experiences all year round with its protected, sunny location and majestic mountain scenery.
