The home is located in the East Kildonan area of the city, 10 min drive from the Forks and Manitoba Museum for Human Rights, 3 min drive to YMCA and 12 min drive from downtown.

The in-house laundry facilities (washer/Dryer) are available only to guests staying up to four or more nights.
