This cozy two-bedroom basement apartment offers the amenities you'll need during a quick getaway in Toronto. The home boasts a carefully curated interior, open-concept living spaces and an in-suite laundry! Centrally located near some of Toronto's best restaurants, shops, and entertainment, it is the perfect space for tourists, couples and families! Noise Awareness: Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared. PLEASE NOTE : •To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! • Please ensure that your bicycle is stored in the basement. The bicycle room in the lobby is reserved for visitors only to store their bicycles. • Please note that the photos of the unit are representative as I make minor updates to the furniture and decor from time to time.
