In January, 2025, Leah Bartlett and Abe Greenspoon purchased the Seaside Beach Resort from Beth Campbell and David Sullivan. Leah and Abe left their careers in the public service in Ottawa, and moved to Saint Andrews to start a new adventure. Leah was raised in Sussex NB, with her extended family having settled in this community for many generations, and Abe grew up on Manitoulin Island, ON. We are thrilled to be back to living a more rural lifestyle, along with our dog Garbanzo and cat Chickpea.

Relax - You're at Seaside.
Welcome to our resort. We’re so happy you are here! Our goal is to provide a comfortable, safe and relaxing space for all our guests, as they enjoy a visit to St. Andrews-by-the-sea in southern New Brunswick.
Our resort includes 20 private units and 4 private cabins. All units are self-contained, with their own entrances, kitchens and bathrooms. Units are equipped for basic daily living, with dishes, cutlery, bedding and towels. We offer two pet friendly units (contact us directly for details).
We have 200 feet of waterfront footage spanned by a large boardwalk and backed by a large open yard. The yard is equipped with picnic tables and charcoal barbecues for general use, while some units have their own tables and barbecue.
Downtown Saint Andrews is only a five minute walk from the property, including a supermarket and the town wharf, out of which the various whale-watching companies operate. Within a short driving distance you can visit Kingsbrae Gardens, the Huntsman Aquarium, and Ministers Island.
周边信息
The town of Saint Andrews is nestled along Passamaquoddy Bay in southern New Brunswick. It was founded by United Empire Loyalists fleeing the American Revolution and many of the Town’s buildings still reflect that history – as you will see during a casual stroll along Water Street. In fact, historic Water Street was awarded the “Great Place in Canada” distinction by the Canadian Institute of Planners, and USA Today named Saint Andrews the best place to visit in Canada. While visiting Saint Andrews, treat yourself at one of the many eateries that feature award-winning chefs, and dine overlooking breathtaking views of the harbour. If adventure is more your taste, sign up for one of our whale watching cruises located at the wharf, or go visit the Fundy Discovery Aquarium to get a close up view of local marine wildlife. For other recreation, the Town has an award-winning golf course, paved walking trails, tennis courts and several parks where you can walk your dog, have a picnic or pull up a chair and read a book. A visit is not complete without a visit to Kingsbrae Garden, voted one of the best public gardens in Canada. We have many festivals throughout the year including, PaddleFest, Canada Day, Artist-by-the-Sea and Indulge Food Festival. Be warned - many who come as tourists for the area’s beauty, end-up moving here for the charm!
