Monica's house has applied for a license, which is a short-term rental allowed by the government. We hope you have a good memory while staying here. Bedding and bath towels strictly abide by one guest, one change. We are very close to the airport, only a 15-minute drive.7-8 minutes drive to the hospital by car. Only a 40-minute drive to downtown! The back door of the house leads to Seafair mall, where there are supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops, gas stations, banks, etc. If you need a place to stay for a few nights, that's perfect. Quiet spacious room hope you enjoy it！

Peaceful and comfortable house,2 minutes walk to Seafair mall includes restaurants, convenience stores, gas stations, safeway and shoppers. To Steveston fisherman's wharf only need 5 minutes by car. To seaside, 10 minutes walk. This room offers free private parking, a 24-hour front desk and free WiFi. YVR Airport Station is 10 km from the room
