Located across from Seacliff Park and Beach with easy beach access, playground, splash pads and outdoor amphitheater hosting excellent live music, mostly free. Ferry to Pelee Island and marina within walking distance.

It's a quiet residential area with many retired couples. The neighborhood sits alongside Seacliff Park where a morning stroll is the preferred activity.
