The apartment features a functional kitchen, furnished bedroom, living room, and bathroom. Within walking distance of Railtown and Gastown, the location offers a convenient base for your Vancouver exploration. Our property is located in a 'West Hollywood-style' area with diverse income levels. This environment may not suit all guests. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this. Please note that the unit is street-facing, and while our vibrant neighborhood offers a lively atmosphere, some outside noise from the street may be noticeable, especially during busy hours. We encourage guests to keep this in mind and enjoy the charm and energy of our location. Thank you for your understanding!

Situated east of Gastown and north of Chinatown, this area was once Vancouver's vibrant Japantown. Post-World War II, it lost its ethnic identity due to property seizures. Now commonly known as Railtown, it's a nod to its industrial heritage and future potential. Strategically close to Vancouver’s Central Business District and other urban hubs like Gastown and Chinatown, Railtown is a lifestyle-rich zone blending cultural heritage with modern flair—ideal for a dynamic workforce. Neighbourhood Disclaimer What to Expect: Similar to other major North American cities, Vancouver contends with social challenges such as homelessness, substance abuse. Despite this, the general area is largely considered safe. It should be noted that the issues concentrated on Hastings Street are considerably distant from our current location. The building is situated next to social housing designated for low-income individuals. Although the vicinity is not inherently hazardous, there is visible substance use in the adjacent park and at the end of the nearby alleyway. Such sights may be discerning for those unacquainted with these scenarios. If this is a concern, alternative locations may be more suitable. Our building is situated in a more developed part of the area, home to middle to high-income residents and amenities. Down the street you'll find the Michelin-starred restaurant St. Lawrence and The Mackenzie Room, which received Michelin honorable mentions.
