We are just off the ATV trails and amidst great restaurants, hiking trails, shopping, lakes, parks, and beaches. This is a cottage resort setting where you can book more than one of our Kabins for the whole family!

Oriole Rd is a tight knit community of seasonal cottagers with an excellent patio restaurant across the street from our property and a marina directly next to the Kabins. This makes for the perfect setting for convenience to enjoy water sport and great food. Fenelon Falls is a beautiful little town. It is home to lock 34 on the Trent-Severn Waterway between Sturgeon Lake and Cameron Lake. There are many great restaurants, pubs, shops, a grocery store, Friday farmer’s market and a beautiful waterfront park. All this is within walking distance of The Kabins by the falls.
