A common area hot tub is located just outside your patio door so you can have a soak after a day of activities. It is a very popular area for biking, hiking, golf & has a swimming beach nearby at Lost Lake Park. Lost Lake trails and lake are close by offering hiking and XC biking trails. You are right across the street from Marketplace where you will find Fresh Street Market, coffee shops, and multiple take-out options. Whistler Olympic Plaza is also close by with a great children's playground and a large lawn area for relaxing in the sunshine. The Whistler Farmers' Market is held every Sunday at the Racquet Club, only a few minutes' walk from Northstar.  Like many homes in Whistler, this home does not have air conditioning. The home is equipped with a fan in each bedroom which will usually suffice in the summertime. In the winter, you can walk through the Village to the slopes (approx. 10 mins) or jump on the free shuttle bus located just outside the complex that will drop you at the base of Whistler mountain. You are a short walk away to Lost Lake recreational park with tons of xc skiing and snowshoeing trails. The Olympic Plaza is only a few minutes away and has free ice skating in the thick of winter, there is just a small charge for rental skates and admission.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If the agreement is not received, the guest should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.
