Every loft at The Milton Parc Hotel comes with a fully-furnished kitchen, king-sized beds, smart TVs, high-speed Wi-Fi, Nespresso machine, dishwasher, washing machine & dryer, and more, ensuring the ultimate comfort and convenience during your stay. Check-in time is 3 PM. Before your arrival day, you’ll receive a link to your personal Boarding Pass, where you’ll complete your registration in advance. At 3 PM on your arrival day, your access codes for both the building and your unit will automatically appear on your Boarding Pass—no need for keys or in-person check-in. The Boarding Pass is your central hub throughout your stay, providing everything from entry codes to local recommendations. You can also use it to purchase upgrades and services, such as early check-in, late check-out, extra cleanings, or refills on coffee. With Simplissimmo, check-in and check-out are entirely contactless, effortless, and available 24/7.

The number of occupants allowed in the apartment is limited to two people per bed.

The number of guests allowed in the apartment is equivalent to twice the number of authorized occupants in the apartment, as previously determined. (1 bedroom unit: 2 guests + 2 visitors until 23:00 / 2 bedroom unit: 4 guests + 4 visitors until 23:00)

Illegal drugs and smoking are not permitted in the unit. We have security on-site and cameras in common areas to ensure compliance with these rules.

Failure to comply with these rules could result in expulsion and also we may retain the security deposit.

Kindly note that at the end of the free cancellation period you will receive a secure payment link in order to authenticate and pay for your reservation.

Online check-in requires a valid government-issued ID, a selfie with the ID, and a pre-authorized security deposit to be completed before check-in.

The CAD 300 security deposit will be processed within 48 hours of your check-in and released 48 hours after departure date, subject to a damage inspection. Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the full amount to appear on your statement.

This property offers self-check-in.

Any financial claim will only be considered within a maximum period of 15 days from the client's departure date.
