Magnificent apartment ideally located in a young, vibrant neighborhood in the heart of downtown Quebec City. Close to all activities (restaurants, cafés, museums, bars, sightseeing) New owners: comfort / design 2024! Enjoy this bright, spacious and well-appointed home: office space, laundry room, large entrance. Free underground parking, large roof terrace with city views (available in summer). Available owners, perfect service, excellent maintenance.
Maxime and I are originally from France, in the Franche Comté region (close to Switzerland). We moved to Canada 5 years ago and have 2 children (aged 4 and 9). We love the great outdoors, hiking and the great outdoors! We love having our family and friends over for visits. Thanks to this new home in the centre of Quebec City, we're going to give our families, friends and travellers from all over the world the chance to discover our beloved city!
