There is a plaza at the intersection 200 meters to the west, and there is a 24-hour Circle K, which sells a variety of hot and cold food, hot and cold drinks, and simple daily necessities. Inside the Plaza, there is also I ❤️ PIZZA, a Taiwanese restaurant, a Western bar, a barber shop, a clinic, a dentist, an auto repair shop, a pet hospital, an ASIAN GROCERY, 1 km from No Frills etc., which are very convenient. There is a bus stop about 50 meters from the house and a train station about 5 kilometers away. The landlord Moses lives in this house and shares the kitchens, bathrooms and laundry with the tenants.
