The entire lower level is yours to enjoy. Features a private bathroom, bedroom with queen bed, PLUS, you have a fully furnished room with flat screen tv , fireplace and a bar frig with complementary beverages. Just like home.
Will challenge guests with a game of 8 ball if they wish !!!
Possibly the quietest residence in Fergus. I will gladly recommend eateries if asked.
