So don't wait any longer ;-) The house will be entirely exclusive to you, while the pool, SPA and sauna are shared with the tenants of the resort. The house guide as well as instructional messages will be sent to you after booking to simplify the arrival process as much as possible and allow you to properly plan the activities of your stay. The cleaning fees include the sales tax. Important to note: - A 150 dollars security deposit is required for pets. Refundable if there is no damage or excessive cleaning required. - To ensure the comfort of all our guests, a 250 dollars charge will be applied if the presence of an unauthorized animal is detected. In addition, the same amount will be charged if smoke odors (cigarette, vape, cannabis, etc.) are detected after your stay. - If the number of travelers during your stay exceeds the number indicated on your reservation, a fee of 100 dollars per undeclared traveler and per day of stay will be applied.
